About

I run a one-person business. Every tool reviewed on this site is one I signed up for, paid for or trialed, and used in actual work before writing about it.

Why this site exists

Most "best AI tools" articles are written from marketing pages by people who never opened the product. That is not useful when you are the one paying the subscription every month.

I test tools hands-on whenever I can. When I haven't had the time to, I say so plainly in the review — no pretending — and lean on real, sourced reviews from people who have used it. Every review is marked one way or the other, so you always know which kind you're reading.

Who this is for

Solo business owners, freelancers, and people running a side business who need tools that work without a team to maintain them.

How this site makes money

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes which tools I recommend or what I say about them. See thefull disclosure.
